Payment & Cancellation Terms

• VAT is included in the exam fees.
• The full exam fee must be paid prior to the exam.
• No discounts can be applied to the stated price.
• Sınav ücretinin kuruluşa ödendiği tarihten itibaren en geç 60 gün içerisinde ilgili adayın sınavı gerçekleştirilir. Bu süre zarfında ilgili adaya sınav açılmazsa talep edilmesi halinde sınav ücretinin tamamı kuruluş tarafından iade edilir.
• When paying the exam fee, the candidate's Turkish Republic Identity Number and the name of the Qualification they will be tested on must be stated in the "Description" section of the payment receipt.
• Document fees are only collected from those who are eligible to receive the document. The document fee (*) is included in the Renewal Fee without Exam, Renewal Fee with Exam and Exam Fee in the tariff.
• Adayın ilk defa sınavına girdiği ve başarısız olduğu ulusal yeterlilikte bir yıl içerisinde kuruluş tarafından sınav açılmaması ya da adaya sınav tarihinin bildirilerek uygunluğunun kanıtlanabilir yöntemle alınmaması durumunda sınav ücretinin tamamının iadesi kuruluş tarafından yapılır. Mücbir sebep bildirmeksizin iki kez sınav tarihini kabul etmeyen aday ücretsiz sınav haklarından bir tanesini kullanmış sayılır.
• Sınav ücretini yatırdıktan sonra kendisine bildirilen sınav tarihinden en geç 3 (üç) gün öncesine kadar sınava katılamayacağını kanıtlanabilir yöntemle bildirmeyen adaya hiçbir surette ücret iadesi yapılmaz.
• If a renewal exam is required during the document renewal process, the fees for the exams specified in the fee schedule for that day will be charged.
• For applications made after document cancellation, the fee will be the same as for the initial application.
