As managers and employees of Aden HR Employment Services Limited Company (ADEN), we are involved in all examination and certification activities;
- We comply with the laws and the TS EN ISO/IEC 17024:2012 standard, which includes certification rules.
- In accordance with our quality policy, our services are provided within the framework of objectivity, impartiality, fairness, and reliability principles.
- We are not involved in any commercial, financial, or administrative activity that would cast doubt on the objectivity, impartiality, and reliability of our organization.
- We do not allow any internal or external pressure to be exerted or implied on personnel that would violate the principle of impartiality and trustworthiness for any reason whatsoever.
- We demonstrate that we act in a way that prevents conflicts of interest that could threaten the impartiality of our services; that we regularly analyze these risks and ensure continuity by making sure that this analysis is understood by all our personnel.
- We do not have any business or other relationships with our customers that could lead to a conflict of interest.
- Providing verifiable and transparent services without discrimination and ensuring equal conditions among candidates,
- We treat all applicants, candidates, and individuals impartially within the framework of our certification policies and procedures.
- We do not engage in practices that unfairly hinder or obstruct applicants' and candidates' access to services.
- Certification is not restricted by membership requirements to any institution or organization, or by conditions that would impose excessive financial burdens.
We declare and guarantee that all of these are secured by our company policies, procedures, principles, vision, values, contracts we have entered into, and this document.
