As Aden HR Employment Services Limited Company (ADEN), we have implemented the policies and principles we have determined within the framework of the Turkish Accreditation Agency TS EN ISO/IEC 17024 accreditation and Vocational Qualifications Authority authorization rules, legislation, and quality principles in all our business and processes, especially in examination and certification activities.
In light of our company philosophy, working principles, and business ethics, we are committed to adhering to this quality policy and its principles.

2. Our Examinations and Certification Policies
- To ensure that the procedures for measuring and evaluating national qualifications are transparent, fair, and free from bias.
- To ensure that records of national qualifications measurement and evaluation are kept accurately and in detail.
- To ensure that evaluation decisions are impartial, valid, and reliable; and that they are recorded accurately and in detail.
- To ensure the development of measurement and evaluation procedures that minimize the possibility of abuse of power or malpractice.
- To create an accessible, valid, reliable and non-discriminatory access policy for everyone, including people with special needs, in order to ensure equal opportunity.
- To provide high-quality, efficient, and sustainable services within the framework of accreditation and authorization rules to ensure quality assurance; and to provide controls at the corporate level.
- To ensure impartiality and prevent any conflicts of interest, we establish procedures and policies to prevent potential conflicts of interest or concerns between partners, directors, officers, and those served, thereby ensuring impartiality and trust so that financial interests, revenue and profit expectations do not influence any certification decisions.
- To establish a valid, reliable, transparent, fair, and unbiased internal verification procedure covering all evaluators and national qualifications activities, and to ensure that records are kept accurately and in detail.
- To establish an open, fair, and accessible complaints and appeals policy, conduct impartial assessments in accordance with standard procedure, and ensure records are maintained.
- Taking into account all occupational health and safety risks foreseen by the legislation, taking the necessary precautions, complying with the rules and ensuring compliance.
- Taking measures to eliminate the risks of misuse of documents; establishing procedures that include penalties for documenting instances of misuse.
- To conduct audit and control activities to identify activities that do not conform to documented procedures, policies, and objectives; and to ensure that corrective and preventive actions are taken to eliminate non-conforming activities and prevent their recurrence.
