If undocumented employees are detected in the relevant professions during the inspections carried out by labor inspectors affiliated with the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, it has been decided that the employer or the employer's representative will be subject to an administrative fine of 8,980 TL per undocumented employee.
Persons who are entitled to take the exams and receive a certificate in professions that require documentation must pay the full amount of exam fees and document expenses within the limits determined by the decision of the Council of Ministers. Exam fees are refunded between the 21st and 30th of the month following the date on which the person's request to benefit from the incentive is notified to MYK by the authorized certification body.
